Schedule Your First Session
where to start?
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like the hardest part—but you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, reaching out is a meaningful investment in your well-being.

Scheduling your first appointment is easy. Simply complete the booking form or contact me directly, and we'll find a time that works for you. During our initial session, we'll begin getting to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll create a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

There is no expectation to have everything figured out before you begin. You only need to take the first step.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive environment. We'll talk about your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope life could look like with the right support.

Therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and challenges, and our work together will reflect that. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in practical strategies that help you navigate difficult emotions, reduce stress, and build lasting resilience.

Most importantly, you'll have a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

My standard session fee will be discussed during our initial consultation. I accept credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash for payment.

A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to ask—we can discuss whether a reduced fee option may be available.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt of services) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits and determine what reimbursement may be available.
